
Shared Inbox - Bugs
1) Mobile view are not optimized properly . Check the list and button message fomat and fix them
2) Loading takes lot of time
3) No log out option in shared inbox
4) For moving around differnt menu why the entire page is reloading.
Note: I reported all these bugs exactly 2 day after this was introduced but my ticket was open till now and I lost the ticlet due to new support portal

i see when i click on canned response > click use > then send image not getting send but when choose canned response using / key then image sending.
so you can fix accordingly.
Lots of Users having Canned Response more then 25/30 , below 10/5 it is showing if i put / , but if morethen 25/30 is there means if i put / it is not showing the canned responses so please decrease height between canned response list appears.
No go back button found so please add user not understand have to click on dashboard

On click save button in shared inbox or due to any other reason still conversation appears 2 times https://prnt.sc/glag5b_X-xra this issue was on livechat also still not fixed so now fix on shared inbox
On archived conversation browser notification appears for incoming msg and it's redirecting to all conversation so how can identify so fix this

On send template flow popup > search not working in message template and whatsapp flow
On send template flow popup > after sending whatsapp flow form by filling header, footer and body it's not getting refreshed so if i choose other flow to send it shows old filled value

On date filter give option to reset because getting confused how to get all conversations back
I'll add more:
Bot-replies aren't sent if you don't have the WhatsApp that has them selected (using multiple accounts). The same thing happens with Instagram and Facebook and Telegram.
2. Telegram bot-replies aren't shown in the list of bots to send.
3. When you're in a chat and receive messages, they remain unread until you switch and re-enter the chat.
4. In dark view, there are sections that remain white, becoming invisible.
Among other details.
Number is masking is not working on Shared inbox. As if is applying only on live chat. Kindly enable the number masking on shared inbox as well.
There are so many bugs, and yet they insist on removing single chats that work perfectly? Wow.
