When creating a message template using the new Mixed Template option and adding a custom button, I noticed that this button does not appear in the Webhook integration. I kindly request this to be checked urgently, as it directly impacts the functionality of the integration.

My suggestion is why you removed old templates

make it live back and test then remove.

Seems you didn't understand. It's not about old template issue actually. You can simply create old template from current one also. Means either Quick reply or Url button. Not mix.


The problem is seems happening for both type of button which was also in previous. We will fix it as soon as possible.

I just wanted to leave a quick feedback: when selecting the number in the Webhook integration, the field to choose the message template disappears.

In my account, I have three numbers, and for one of them, the template selection field does not appear. Could you please look into this?
