
Connect Whatsapp not working
Hi, my "connect whatsapp" button isn't working. clicking on it, nothing happens. sent to support: We are trying to use the WhatsApp embeded signup button in the Connect Account menu and nothing happens when we click it. Pop-ups are allowed. That happens both to us, in our main admin account, and our clients, in their accounts, even though that is activated in their plan. Is there anything else we need to do in order for it to work?

Hello You must have a verified business portfolio with a legitimate company, then apply to become a technology provider, and then you can use the button. Otherwise, you'll have to use the normal mode.
i think i already have that. i have other whatsapp api connected to botsailor, going throught "Connect WhatsApp Business (Alternative)" i have several whatsaapps, there's no problem here. the problem is with the new button at the top "Connect WhatsApp Business (Recommended)". when i click it nothing happens

Hi, Kamrul, To make it clear, can I use embedded signup to connect whatsapp accounts from different business portfolios to the same botsailor account? ie.: Facebook acc A, with dev acc A, business portfolio 1 and whatsapp 12345 Facebook acc B, with dev acc B, business portfolio 2 and whatsapp 54321 Can i connect both whatsapps to the same botsailor account using embedded sign up? Great. I see in the instructions that I need to get the configuration ID from Facebook and add it to my BotSailor WhatsApp API Integration settings. As far as I understood, that ID is generated by Facebook and is linked to the account I used to generate it. If that is really the case, what do I need to do to enable that for different Facebook accounts? I see only one field for that ID in the BotSailor settings page. In the previous example I used: Facebook acc A, with dev acc A, business portfolio 1 and whatsapp 12345 > I go through the entire tech provider approval process as shown in the instructions and generate the Configuration ID in this account, then add it to my BotSailor WhatsApp Integration settings. How do it set it for the accounts below? Do I need to go through the entire process in the instructions for each of them? What about the configuration ID?
