Email notifications for all messages and multiple recipients option

I would like to request an improvement to email notifications.



Currently, notifications are only sent when the bot doesn't have a response for the customer. However, it would be very useful to receive an email every time a customer writes, regardless of whether the bot responds or not.



Additionally, I propose allowing multiple email addresses to be configured as recipients for these notifications. This way, teams could manage messages more efficiently, with everyone receiving notifications simultaneously.



Since there is currently no mobile app, this feature would be quite worthwhile, as receiving an email would allow immediate alerts on each team member's mobile phone or other device.



I believe this improvement would be of great value to many users.

Yes one of my client also asked for email notification.
