Requirement
Provide an option to send follow-up/reminder list details to a webhook.
- Whenever a user is added to a follow-up list, the follow-up details should be available through the webhook.
- The webhook should provide relevant information such as:
- Subscriber Name
- Phone Number
- Follow-Up Date & Time
- Follow-Up Status
- Follow-Up Details/Note
- Any other relevant subscriber information
This will help external systems trigger automated reminder messages or other workflows based on the user's follow-up schedule.
For example: User says: "Please call me after 5 days."
The system adds the user to the follow-up list for 5 days later, and the follow-up details can be sent to an external automation through the webhook.
