#1712-1mb above size PDF not getting deliver via bot

PDF not getting deliver via bot but in livechat shows file sent. if i use below 1mb then works. Till 25-04-2025 bigger file size via chatbot working. this was working with 30mb file even META restricted to 100MB on my other platform 67MB file getting deliver instantly. So you have to allow because in 1MB pdf we can't cover all features of our products. see single tick only shows in livechat shows but not getting deliver to user. even in my panel i set 100mb in document still issue. please resolve ASAP i reported 2 days ago and you not resolved yet

We just tested with a file that is 10MB and it went through the chatbot. But WhatsApp is taking too long to deliver. Thank you.

This issue is on BS platform only i already shared you my other platform chatbot with 67mb file and demo credentials to test. so please resolve this is not META issue. META allows 100mb PDF file @developers.facebook.com.../media check this

i tested 5mb PDF also not getting deliver around in 1min.

i see below error 131000 Something went wrong Message failed to send due to an unknown error.

Please resolve.. too much time you taken

It seems now 30mb file getting deliver within 1-2 minutes. can you increase and make it quick faster as this was working in past?

Hello any update? this bug again occurred.. file not receiving.. as i told on other platform with same cloud api same file works means issue in BS

Dear BS team this issue is on your end not feom facebook because it allows us to send upto 100 mb files and we tried sending same on other platforms which is working fine but on BS it's getting failed. Or even 4-5mb files are taking too long to send so please fix this ASAP. I have some real estate clients who want to send their brochures and property pdf files but not able to do so

So for old user it's stopped working and throwing an error (#100) Param document['id'] is not a valid whatsapp business account media attachment ID
