#1581-Already connected api number suddenly stop receiving messages

Already connected api number suddenly stop receiving messages and we need to reconnect again and again after some hours than only it works. please help me to get fix. thanks

I am not sure what actually happening for new accounts. It should work as like all others. If you still face problem, please someone create a support ticket and provide information in our support ticket to check the matter whats actually happening there. Thanks
