Hello team, after an update i am creating new shopify Abandoned Cart integration but it's not creating webhooks automatically. please fix ASAP. Thanks

Abandoned cart will not create webhook. It will work by cron job. For Shopify abandoned cart , due to shopify's new policy, make sure your account is paid plan. Thanks

Am on shopify paid plan. old integrations working i say new not working.

Hello i tested on multiple development store. error is to parameter required. means phone number not received in webhook. please check and fix Abandoned Cart not working for new shopify integration. another provider's integration working means bug is in BS. i resolved order notification issue.

Can you please provide the replication steps for the issue, including screenshots or recordings (preferably) so we can compare the expected and actual behavior when you perform the same action in different stores?
