For Shopify abandoned cart , due to shopify's new policy, make sure your account is paid plan.

Thank you for your reply. For now, we cannot confirm whether this issue is on our end, as we still need more context to determine the cause.
How is Official WhatsApp (Means my whitelabel platform) integrated with your store? Can you please provide the replication steps for the issue, including screenshots or recordings (preferably) so we can compare the expected and actual behavior when you perform the same action in different stores?
This will help us better understand the issue and resolve it effectively.
