Looks like a Bug of WhatsApp API itself. As Business APP is just new release, there may some issue like this.

We are monitoring it for the root cause.

There is problem of syncing chat history that it may immediately exceed some account limit. However we will surely think about it soon. And may consider to provide syncing option.

This is must required and you have to provide an option this sync without consuming msg credit because it's necessary.

Sorry but it will not sync without consuming message credit. If we provide sync option, it must consume message as it's webhook call.

About Message Credit - It will work as same it is working from before. It will cost credit as it will use webhook for syncing.
