How is it possible to set up with BotSailor

Hi!
I am a non-IT guy, who has just started with the BotSailor.
I look for setting up a Whatsapp bot, which asks for the keyword input from the clients, then switches the chat live to one of the agent's Whatsapp numbers basis the keyword input. As there are 100+ keywords, maybe they should be set up through the WhatsApp catalogue. There are about 10 agents, each is responsible for a certain range of the 'keywords'.
How to make this switching in BotSailor?
I am also open to a proposal to develop the above workflow for a one time fee. Please let me know.
