My assign agent was saikat but now when I join this chat it must need to show my agent name sheblu but it still show my old agent name (saikat) also its happened when none agent was assigned

I have just tested the agent assigned on WhatsApp live chat, and it's working perfectly. I have recorded a video; please have a look. If you think your really have the issue, we need to have a check on your account.

Actually, Assigned agent and joined agent is different. Assign agent may not join the chat sometime, someone other can aslo join the chat. Thats why its showing different.
