if any user plan is expired and after 2-3 days ( after a gap ) if changed the expiry date and save it means , that time the webhook is not enabling automatically needs to do it manually by user , kindly do it automatically or give option in admin panel to enable / disable the webhook ) , it is causing issues that broadcasting report not getting , incoming messages not coming like that customers are complaining

I informed this issue around a week ago in live chat but not yet fixed , kindly do it in prior

Yes my customer also complaining me and i inform bs team but they Didn't fix it :)

We have tested it for our end users and didn’t find any issues. Now, we will investigate the issue for our reseller's end users. Please allow us some time as we work on this.

Our system disable all expired users bot webhook and other functionality to maintain the system properly. And we disable it due to unusal use of message credit or functionally by expired users. Currently we disable after 2 days of expiration. And enabling bot need to be done manually as it's the system designed. However if you request we may increase this grace period a bit like maximum 7 days.

you thinking on this so please bring feature of sign up verification on whatsapp because we are getting too much fake signup this increasing your server resource usage and disturbing performance.
think on it am saying from last 10+ months
