New messages show only after reload page

Hey, guys,
We are having an issue in which our agents' messages only show up after refreshing the page. And clients' new messages seem to be having a similar problem. Have you guys seen this before? What can we do to fix it?
More details about the issues:
1.
A client sends a message
Our agent replies, but the reply doesn's show up in the chat window right away
Our agent refreshes the page and it shows up
2. New messages from clients are not being updated automatically, our agent needs to refresh the page for everything to appear

Hello, the same thing happens, when entering the chat with a signature it doesn't work either, you have to update.
This is a pusher ID error, please allow us to change our pusher ID to avoid these errors. It says that the daily quota has ended.

Sorry for the problem that you have encountered last days. It was a pusher limit exceed issue from our account. We have increase the limit, it will work now as expected.

I checked bot error log and found this https://prnt.sc/ujp6JkyQALxV branding of xerodev very easy to findout this brand domain belongs to botsailor (xeroneit) this is not physibal for us as whitelabel partner because easily any of our customer or reseller can get an idea from where and in how much amount we are buying this.
so urgently remove this branding domain and make sure if you add any domain that contain domain privacy so no one can get an idea.
