Can anyone suggest or refer the best, effective and active way to get data for whatsapp automation from the client.

We provide automation service to our clients. Sometimes some client are so busy that they don't have time to provide data. So I'm thinking to have a sheet or some format or something else that I can provide to my client and he just fill in the blanks to provide the whole data.

Let me try to explain

Flow is the best option, but I don't want to collect data from client.

I have a client, and he wants me to set up whatsapp automation for him for his solar business.
Now I need data to set up whatsapp automation for him, that will be consist on questions, answers, option etc.
Now I'm confuse, how to get data from him for create whatsapp automation.
