TL;DR:

BotSailor allows businesses to create AI-powered webchat assistants that can automatically manage customer conversations, qualify leads, recommend products, and provide instant support. By setting up multiple AI agents with custom instructions, knowledge sources, and routing rules, businesses can build a smarter AI chatbot automation system for sales, customer service, and lead generation.

In this guide, you will learn how to set up AI agents in BotSailor Webchat, connect knowledge bases, configure AI responses, create specialized agents for sales and support, and test your AI chatbot for real customer interactions.

Artificial Intelligence is changing how businesses communicate with customers through AI-powered webchat assistant technology and AI chatbot automation. Instead of relying only on traditional chatbot flows, businesses can now use AI-powered agents that understand customer intent, answer questions naturally, collect information, and guide users toward the right action.

With BotSailor AI Webchat, businesses can create multiple specialized AI agents for different purposes, such as:

Lead qualification

Product sales assistance

Customer support

FAQ answering

Order assistance

Each AI agent can have its own instructions, knowledge sources, and responsibilities. This allows businesses to create a more personalized customer experience.

For example, a restaurant can create:

An AI lead qualification chatbot can collect customer requirements and identify valuable buyers through a Lead Qualification Agent.

A Sales Agent to recommend products and help customers make purchasing decisions.

A Support Agent to answer common questions about location, delivery, payments, and policies.

This guide explains the complete process of setting up AI agents in BotSailor Webchat and creating an AI chatbot for lead generation.
