What Is a Location Reply?

A Location Reply is an automated response triggered when a user shares a location with a BotSailor chatbot. The shared location can be stored in the subscriber information and used to continue the conversation with a relevant response or automated flow. Businesses can use it to show a nearby store or branch, check delivery availability, connect customers with a nearby service provider, or provide location-based information.

Step 6: Add a Location Block to Another Flow

You can also use location sharing inside a larger chatbot flow. In the restaurant example, the customer selects food and enters an order quantity. The flow then requests the delivery location so the restaurant can collect the delivery address.
