Yes. BotSailor Keyword Replies can trigger an automated response when a customer sends a configured keyword such as “Hi,” “Support,” “Price,” or “Order.”

A customer sends a configured keyword, BotSailor detects the keyword according to the selected matching rule, and the connected automated response is sent.

Exact Keyword Match requires the customer to send the configured keyword exactly. String Match can recognize the keyword when it appears inside a longer message.

Check that the correct keyword and matching option are configured, confirm that the Start Bot Flow is connected to the response block, and make sure the automation has been saved.

You can create keyword-based automations for common customer requests such as pricing, support, order status, business hours, and other frequently asked questions.
