On behalf of the customer (Ajeev), 1. I added a chat with a human button in Facebook flow but when I click that I do not get any response and also do not get mail. 2. regarding Instagram I am facing the same issue as facebook and also system default action button not showing while creating a chat with the human button.

Chat with bot in whatsapp also not working I have raised ticket 1 month before no action taken

chat with bot and human buttons get reset automatically even if we link correctly. if user choose chat with bot after human chat not working (not getting any reply even in subscriber profile shows bot reply paused means not getting reply on). along with this i noticed if user unsubscribed from marketing than bot not sending reply. Request to fix NOW. Thansk

Hey i checked 1. Chat with Bot not working - still issue if i select from chat human than chat with robot 2. If user unsubscribe marketing than not getting bot reply - Fixed 3. Default action button for Chat with Robot and Human shows blank in all client account. - - still issue
