#2440-Unread messages shared inbox
I'm truly outraged. It's unacceptable that messages remain unread indefinitely even after I've read them. This is a basic feature we pay for. I'm not a developer, and only by using AI can I develop a stable and functional live chat. Why don't you simply use AI to develop alongside your expertise?Furthermore, this has been going on for many days now. My workflow, as well as that of my clients and, I imagine, other resellers, has been disrupted because the sheer volume of messages is causing things to spiral out of control. Why do I have to resort to an alternative live chat I developed myself when we have a native one? I really don't know what's going on with you. I understand it's the holiday season, but if something like this happened in my business, I would literally rush to fix it, no matter the date, and instead, you make us wait.

Hello Kamrul Hasan apart from the unread issue already acknowledged, there is another serious problem that needs immediate attention.
Chats are disappearing after refresh this happens when we use the HTTP API integration to push messages from our system. The message appears on the dashboard initially but once the page is refreshed the chat is gone. There is no way to verify it from the inbox.
To confirm whether the message was actually sent or received we have to manually go to Subscribers and search one by one. This is not scalable It wastes time. It creates uncertainty It breaks trust with our clients.
These issues are directly impacting our business flow customers are already raising concerns. We cannot rely on the inbox when chats go missing and unread states are unreliable. This needs urgent investigation and a clear explanation of what is going wrong along with a permanent fix.

To sort messages sent via the HTTP API or through broadcasting, please select “Recent Communication” in the Shared Inbox.

Thanks Kamrul Hasan for the response i also tested the solution you suggested. Even after applying the “Recent Communication” filter many chats are still missing. They do not show up in the Shared Inbox at all. This makes it impossible to reliably track conversations or confirm message delivery
