We sincerely apologize for the delayed response.
This issue is related to the WhatsApp Cloud API and occurs only with WhatsApp numbers that are connected manually. Numbers connected through the Embedded Signup process are not affected.
We have identified a solution to this issue. The app needs to be reassigned to the system user, after which a new access token must be generated and the account reconnected to BotSailor. Once this process is completed, the issue will be resolved, and you will be able to delete WhatsApp message templates as expected.
