#2371-Smart Delay - has borken exsisting flows

Adding Delay is causing new error for interactive messages - they are not sent if any delay is active on it. 

Error log states: “Header image must specify only one of id or link”

As soon as we remove the delay everything works well. 

This issue has surfaced only after this recent update of Smart Delay
