#2362-Template bugs in default and duplicate entries

Two issues need attention.

1. The platform shows default templates that cannot be removed, even though these templates do not exist in the Meta template list. A ticket and live chat request were submitted but the problem is still not fixed.
2. A new template was added and the system created it twice with the same name. The system should not allow duplicate template names.

The screenshot is attached for review. I need this resolved at the earliest.

Dear BotSailor team I am following up on the bug reported earlier regarding default templates not being removed and duplicate templates appearing with the same name.

As per my remote screen-sharing session with support, Mr. Farhan confirmed that the issue is a bug in the platform and advised me to raise a ticket. The ticket was submitted and assigned to Sarower Hasan. It has now been 5 days and no solution or update has been provided.

This delay is affecting my workflow. Either the team is not understanding the issue or other items are being prioritized instead of fixing this platform bug.

I need a clear update and resolution timeline.

Thank you so much Kamrul Hasan for the update i can see default templates hasbeen removed from the list but i can still see the system variables below is the snapshot for your reference.

Default variables are needed for our systems. It's system variables and can't be deleted.
