#2356-Signed pause error when entering chat as an agent
Hello team.
When entering a chat agent on Instagram and having it set up for the AI agent to pause, the botreply system is paused, instead of pausing the AI system.
I didn't try on other networks, but please check everything.

On Instagram I have this enabled:

But when you enter the conversation, you pause the BOT REPLY, and not the assistant.
Verify.

We retested this on our end, enabled the signature message, and upon joining the chat, we found that in our account, only the AI is paused. which means that this is working as expected. To properly investigate this issue on your account, please submit a support ticket and share your login information so we can review it.
