#2352-Chatbot suddenly stopped working for all account

Hello team,

Chatbot suddenly stopped working for all account because you're doing something test or update on live server without prior notice and client angree on us.

got many support calls and whatsapp... during demo wrong impression we got.

Many of the customers FB, Insta ads user not getting auto response.. do you know how this impacting multiple customer, reseller business?

can you imagine how much of amount 35K+ BS customers losing daily during such working features get sudden stop.

I humbly request you to stop such activity on live server.

The issue has been fixed and its working now.

but i want to know what was the issue... why such issue daily coming on working server... curios to know brother
