#2329-Shared Inbox – Bug Report - Urgent Fix Request
Hey team,
For same i shared recorded video on BS support whatsapp.
Expect Urgent Fix because client is very disappointed and planning to leave platform also asking for refund due to such small bug.

if any chat is in open that time if new message are getting means , the new messages are going down , even after switching the old message is in topif we setup a recent communication based priority order then refresh or close and again open sometimes it is in the same priority order what we keep, sometimes automatically switchingif do a label filter then it is showing the chats having those label at top , but while scrolling it actually showing all the data, it is working like a sort option not a filter in PWA app - sometimes notifications are getting but most times not gettingAgree , Few are other Points to be fix in live chat

The solution: Press the update button. But the real solution must be that this works 100% in real time as Whatsapp Web. I have lost customers only because the chat is not productive enough. While you have to use it by pressing the update button every 5 minutes to make everything work well, it is annoying. The chat is great, but this point is critical.

The chat has an issue that causes a headache. When I’m using a filter — such as a label or any other filter — to view only certain customers, if another customer sends a message who is not included in that filter, their message still appears. This disrupts the workflow and makes it much harder to solve problems efficiently.

Instagram messages aren't working. It only works when filtering by channel.

When chat filters are applied, new incoming chats may not appear in the filtered list. If you are still experiencing this issue, please open a ticket with our support desk or contact us via WhatsApp for a prompt response.

there is another bug in shared inbox i have sent message a while ago using API End Points Integration and customer names are not visible even after refresh the browser and when i logged out the id and logged it again everything gone why its like this if there is bugs please make sure live chat functionality works fine until shared inbox completely deployed without any bugs.
