Inform them that in the shared inbox, the screen size is adjusted correctly, but only after reloading the page.
If I adjust the window size in windows, it does not adjust automatically. You have to reload the entire page again and then it appears adjusted. Which is annoying and looks unprofessional

Hi, okay, I'll make a video in the next few hours. But in the meantime, do this: go to your shared inbox and adjust the size of your browser window. The typing bar and other things won't adjust.
They only adjust when the page is reloaded. That's it, and it's really annoying. I'll make a video when I have more time during the day.
