It is my second time experiecing this kind of bug, my bot reply was working for about a month and suddenly it just stop auto-replying and i haven't made any changes on my setting. Last time i had to delete my account and reconnect it but its a lot of work to do so as i have to set up everything from stratch. Kindly assist with the issue to cease pessiting.

If it's your Facebook Messenger Bot, then please first check error log in Bot Manager settings. You should see error message which can provide exact reason for stopping.
For Facebook a common reason if you change your Facebook account login credential, then access token get expired, In this case it need just re-import your account. It's not any hassle just Login with Facebook and click next step. Nothing much.
Anyway to find out the exact reason, please contact our support desk as our team member asked.
