Appointment issues

1: Data Actions on Confirmation is not sending the data on google sheet

2: Response not sending to webhook for appointment confirmed

3: Reschedule is not clear that how does it work? how can confirmed appointment to be rescheduled ?

4: Questionnaires should have some add more manual question option as well.

5: Time slots showing the time even if its booked

6: Time slots posting calendar time on google calendar in GMT format only.

I believe that the scheduling system should connect directly to the google meet and synchronize the available dates. It is a little entangled and cumbersome to understand the functioning they integrated. But if you synchronize with the directly configured data (available dates, schedules, calendar link) all this could be useful directly.

For our resellers’ personal use, it’s free. However, to offer it to end users, resellers need to purchase the WhatsApp Appointment add-on.

Dear User,

Let me address your questions one by one:

1.Google Sheet Integration: The issue with sending data to Google Sheets will be fixed by today.

2.Webhook: The webhook feature is working perfectly. There are three types of webhooks:

**Checkout Webhook: For paid checkouts (supports Cash on Delivery and other payment methods).

**Order Update Webhook: Triggered when you update an appointment.

**Order Submit Webhook: Used when the pre-payment fee is 0 (no payment required).

3.Reschedule: The reschedule option is not yet available. We will remove it from the status list.

4.Questionnaires: Adding extra manual questions is not supported at the moment.

5.Time Slots: The issue has been fixed — booked slots will no longer appear as available.

6.Time Format: Currently, it supports GMT time format only.
