#2165-Duplicate messages from no match templates

Hello. When you receive two or more messages within a few seconds, the no-match template is triggered the same number of times, even if the setting is set to once a day. Can this be fixed?

Thanks for reporting. If several messages arrive within a few seconds, the system may process them as separate events, which can cause the no-match template to trigger more than once even with the daily limit. We’re examining this behavior and will update you with findings and a fix plan.
