#2093-Broadcast report is wrong please correct urgently

Hello team,

broadcast report shows wrong stats

take with an example

i sent campaign on 3864 subscriber (according to report i downloaded) > targeted and sent shows 2927 > deliver shows 1952 (67%) > Opened 1378 (47%) > Unreached 1812 (62%)

Now on campaign report overview number count shows 3838 also in downloaded report Unreached 1812 (62%) i count using failed reason correct but status of message not visible so please add.

Take a look and fix on high priority

Actually it is correct, In download report you may see more rows because, if you resend failed message , then it will try sending message again, so for this you will see 2 rows for failed message or as much time your try.

However we will see how we can make it more clearly understandable by users.

so accordingly stats should be updated.. don't shows 1st campaign stats.. display resend msg latest stats in report but still you see my whole post i told wrong count of subscriber in report or come on anydesk

I saw your account, and in overivew 2927 subscribers, which is correct number.

But in download it's 3,838 because, there are duplicate as they were resend due to failed. So both report is there.

In future we will remove the multiple record in download and subscriber list report.

but total count on broadcast report overview in panel shows different. so please cross verify.

Again broadcast report is mashup i have proof as screenshot my delivered msg count was 44% on same day of campaign and today it shows 17% and opened rate shows double.

so please look and fix.
