These are very important issues and are taking a long time to resolve

1. Unable to download subscribers (this is the most important feature).
2. Template name is unstable — it keeps changing.
3. Previously modified bots are still triggering with old keywords.
4. sequence messages are not delivering

Download subscribers should be fixed .

About previously modified bot, if it still triggering old settings, we need to check in your end. In this case please open a support ticket providing your account details. So we can check the actual issue.
