I have shopify plus subscription and i have successfully integerated shopify store through custom app with botsailor. Now after creating abandoned cart template and connecting with WP/Shopify setting. It does not trigger anything. Its showing empty

In your Shopify Developer app, look for "Access to protected customer data."
