my business app customers integrated with api for chatbot , but Everyone’s chatbot is getting paused to subscriber after sending 1 or 2 bot replies , i had shared screen recording to your live chat support , in your live chat support team also confirmed there is an issue

 

On support ticket mentioned it is doing intentionally, but what is the reason , asking us to setup bot auto enable after 1 minute , but in that 1 minute if user click any button means we need to reply manually right, that is not making any sense on customer buying chatbot right


we are not telling any of our customer about the business hour settings or bot reply pause and all, our customers no need as well, they are paying for chatbot automation and we need to give chatbot Automation without pause ( make it optional , if anyone want to pause enable that and do it )
