Hello

The AI bot doesn't detect the configured time zone. It usually says we're not within business hours; it takes a 4-hour time difference, at least for my time zone in Santiago, Chile. It says it's 9 a.m., but it's 5 p.m.

Could you please provide more details about when and where the incorrect time is being displayed? This will help us diagnose and resolve the issue.

Hello.

When a user asks, "What are your hours of operation?", the bot responds correctly.

If you ask, "What time is it?" the hour is off, and the minutes are correct.

If someone asks for an available agent, since the time is different, it may say there are no agents at that time, or that there are, obviously depending on the time. The problem is that it doesn't detect the time zone correctly. I even told it my time zone in the main prompt, but it doesn't work.

12.25 is in your time zone you set. But AI reply time in UTC . So check if it matched or not ? What timezone you setup ? And what is in UTC for 12.25 ?

Hello Support Team,

My timezone is set to (GMT-4:00) America/Santiago (Chile Time), with business hours from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM and off days on Saturday and Sunday. However, when I ask “What time is it?” the bot still returns UTC instead of my local time. For example, at 12:25 PM local it replies “4:25 PM UTC” (12:25 + 4 hours = 16:25 UTC). How can I force the bot to always report the time in my configured local timezone?
