
Agent dashboard is showing many option instead of just Live chat
We have created support agents profiles, there is a bug there.
We just select live chat option, but it's showing many options.
I walked to whatsapp support and they check it thoroughly and said that this is a bug. I need to open a ticket.
PS: I'm not able to upload images, it's showing an error!

Yes, for my customers account also menu's are collapsed, fix it as soon as possible
It's frustrating to see changes being tested directly on the live server. We've spent time setting up new menus, and now all of that is gone. The current icons look like a crap now. This kind of careless update really sets us back. I'm honestly very disappointed with how this is being handled.

I’ve just tested the menu for team members. The only additional items showing are the Control Panel icons in the menu bar—everything else appears to be working correctly.
If the issue persists specifically on your account, I recommend creating a support ticket and sharing your login credentials so we can investigate and test it directly.
