Urgent Request: Reinstate WhatsApp Live Chat Immediately

We are extremely concerned about your recent decision to remove the WhatsApp live chat feature. This change has caused serious disruption to our operations and triggered a flood of complaints from our end-users — the majority of whom rely exclusively on WhatsApp and are not interested in alternative channels.

This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a critical failure affecting our ability to communicate, support, and engage with our clients. We can no longer send Flows, Canned Messages, or Template Messages directly from the live chat interface, which was a core function for our team.

This situation qualifies as a state of emergency for us. We are receiving numerous urgent inquiries and complaints due to this abrupt and unjustified change. The damage to user experience and operational continuity is substantial.

We strongly urge you to immediately restore the WhatsApp live chat feature or provide an alternative with the same capabilities — without delay.

Time is critical. We expect a response and resolution as soon as possible.

Yes +1 please restore livechat and give us end of June 2025 so we can train our clients

Yes , please provide old livechat , in shared one canned response is not working , template sending not working, 3rd column is not showing default and lots of thing are missing from the old chat , we are not selling fb , insta or web chatbot so please restore the old livechat

Please improve shared inbox and add everything similar or better than live chat such as canned response, sending flows, template message etc.. and then remove live chat.


This sudden change is not good in terms of user experience, we're getting complaints

Share team inbox is not good and user friendly for all client its loading time Is too high and not so smooth bring back individual live chat

Previously there were several issues so we were not using it, now when it's fixed so we need some time to explore it and get used to it.

🙂 without making it smooth its sudden remove is not a professional share team inbox is super slow who have lot of massage daily, website got hang and ui is not good

Lots of Users having Canned Response morethen 25/30 , below 10/5 it is showing if i put / , but if morethen 25/30 is there means if i put / it is not showing the canned responses

Addition to this i see when i click on canned response > click use > then send image not getting send but when choose canned response using / key then image sending.

so you can fix accordinly.

Stability is part of improvement


you can put to option: Shared Chat & Live Chat and let user choose.
