Fix Urgent : Chat Appears 2-3 Times

Hello team, almost 1 over still you have not fixed bug many times i noticed chat appears 2 or 3 times in livechat but now you're going to remove it but i found in Shared inbox same issue occurs 2 times chat visible. what to do? https://prnt.sc/TtJn-WF9mQSn pls resolve on priority
