#1828-Unable to call webhook to use without template when user initiating the service msgs on whatsapp

We are are getting data from webhook, why we need to take that in template; others are using it without that. Let me know if i am doing this incorrect What excatly i wanna say- During the whatsapp flow, we are taking data from webhook from client, we are unable to send that response as it is, why we need to save that in template; it is giving extra template cos to client
