unresolved assigned chats

Hello. I would like to report that agent accounts with access only to assigned chats are having trouble resolving the conversation. The chat continues to appear in the chat list after resolving the conversation (My Chats tab). This requires immediate resolution as it interferes with good communication with clients where this is essential. Thanks.
