Typing Indicator Name Display Issue in Shared Inbox Settings

While navigating to Bot Manager > Settings > Shared Inbox Signature Message Settings, I encountered an issue related to the “Typing Indicator” feature.

When clicking the warning icon for more details, the name “BotSailor” appears in the description:

"When enabled, BotSailor will automatically trigger a typing status on WhatsApp once the support agent begins typing a reply in the Shared Inbox. This indicator is activated after the agent types at least 2 characters in the chatbox input field, providing the user with a more natural, real-time experience."

I kindly request a correction of this information by replacing the “BotSailor” reference with the accurate name corresponding to the platform in use.

For me shows my platform name.
maybe you logged in on BS platform with your reseller credentials check on your platform with user credentials.
