Hello team, Shared Inbox Follow-up Notification not working when i am doing chat in shared inbox but if i switch to dashboard then only it shows notifications. so please fix it, thanks

Now seems working. But i found another bug when we get notification and click on that it's redirect to old live chat. so please fix it. thanks
