Cannot send videos in Carousel Template

I created a Carousel template that includes videos in each card. The template functions correctly during creation and preview. However, when attempting to use this template within the chatbot flow, the system restricts media input to images only. There is no option to select or upload videos, and any existing video entries are either ignored or throw an error.

PUT star * then press > Enter
or file type > all
video will shown.

Did not work with Drag and Drop though. Very Bad error Handling. This makes it just complex.

When users interact with the carousel and tap on the Quick Reply buttons, the assigned chatbot flows are not being triggered as expected. The buttons appear visually, but clicking them results in no response or redirection, effectively breaking the intended user journey.

Videos in the carousel template are working properly. It’s possible that the issue you experienced was unrelated, and we believe it has been resolved through your support tickets.
