
Agent Assign Problem Bug ( Urgent )
1. In Live Chat When I Assign Agent My Agent got sound and notification but when he click from notification it show access denied : https://prnt.sc/IuO-nkheO4SS https://prnt.sc/qvilEpMmfLMP 2. one of my client said If I want to assign a previously assigned lead to someone new, after doing so, the lead does not appear at the top, making it difficult to find. So, preventing this is mandatory and must be done ASAP; otherwise, we will have to look for an alternative. So request to fix this issue and make a way assign chat show in top position and unread position also assign the chat denied problem

We are working on fixing the first issue and hope to have it updated by today. When we checked the second issue, we didn't find any problems. It works when changing the agents, meaning it appears at the top. However, if you refresh the page, it reverts to its original position.
