Unsubscribe Post back not working

Hello team,
Urgently fix Unsubscribe Post back not working.

If i send message with Quick Reply and choose Postback for unsubscribe it's not working.
if i write keyword only than working.
so please fix issue of postback any type of postback connected bot not triggering.

Ya , also chat with bot postback also not working
