Newly created single and multi catalog product bot not working. old created catalog bot working. Tested on 2 different reseller account. Fix Now

Hello Dishang Shah, I have tested by creating new bots with both single and multiple catalog products, and both are working perfectly. We don’t believe there is an issue with BotSailor. Please open a ticket on our support desk with all the details of the accounts experiencing the issue. Thank you.

Still issue on another account guys you have to check on multiple account. Your team member told in interactive add header title but inside botflow shows header is optional. anyway help me to get this issue fix on my another account.

I see bot created now again stopped working and i see some of product elements get disconnected automatically. i am 100% sure something wrong with catalog bot please take a look deeply.
