I believe the BotSailor team needs to invest a bit more in UI/UX design to enhance the user experience. The application is already very good and offers functionalities for various types of businesses, but it still requires more attention to usability.

A more intuitive experience helps reduce churn, as many customers end up leaving due to simple difficulties. Additionally, this directly impacts the volume of support requests. Even with video tutorials available, user doubts remain frequent.

For example, we have received many support requests because users enter more than 20 characters in buttons, which the API does not accept. This issue could be easily avoided by simply implementing a character limit in the button field. Small adjustments like this can significantly improve usability and reduce the need for support.
