
Shopify WebHook API Callback is Removing tags instead of Adding tags
The problem is that when a customer clicks on the confirm order button, in the WhatsApp Webhook (in-bound) Workflow I have configured Callback APIs (Trigger a third-party API based on webhook data after a WhatsApp message button is clicked) which is DELETING the previous tags that the order had in Shopify and is causing us to lose information. I have contacted support several times and they are not giving me a solution. What I need is to ADD a tag, not to REPLACE all the tags in the order with the one I define. I am sure it is not that hard to solve this issue. I just renewed the plan and paid $ 162.00 USD...
