(again) New messages show only on reload page

Repeating the message as its happening again and the other thread is marked as solved:
Hey, guys,
We are having an issue in which our agents' messages only show up after refreshing the page. And clients' new messages seem to be having a similar problem. Have you guys seen this before? What can we do to fix it?
More details about the issues:
1.
A client sends a message
Our agent replies, but the reply doesn's show up in the chat window right away
Our agent refreshes the page and it shows up
2. New messages from clients are not being updated automatically, our agent needs to refresh the page for everything to appear

This is serious, it must be resolved because we are in a different time zone, while you are out of work hours we are working, problems like this should not happen, as several companies are left without work due to this.

I checked bot error log and found this https://prnt.sc/ujp6JkyQALxV branding of xerodev very easy to findout this brand domain belongs to botsailor (xeroneit) this is not physibal for us as whitelabel partner because easily any of our customer or reseller can get an idea from where and in how much amount we are buying this.
so urgently remove this branding domain and make sure if you add any domain that contain domain privacy so no one can get an idea.

Pusher stops when the Live Chat tab in the browser remains inactive for 20 minutes. This is why you need to refresh after being idle. However, we will increase this time limit and may provide an option to adjust it. We are continuously working to make Live Chat error-free.
