
#1425-Team member can not connect whatsapp account
Hey, everyone. Has anyone seen this issue? One of our users was trying to set a team member account that was only able to connect new whatsapp accounts. This is to avoid giving full access to the admin account. But it seems it's not working (at least not as I think it should). Details below: Admin account registered to our white label website Created a team role with only "Connect account" checked Added a new team member with that role Logged into the team member account and went to "Connect account" Doesnt show the connect whatsapp business fields (whatsapp acc id, access token, call back url, etc)
This is actually designed intentionally. We have provided restriction to connect account by the team member due to some security reason for your account. Thanks

Hi. Can you elaborate a bit more on that, please? Is there a way to lift that restriction, or is it like that for any team member account and only the admin account is allowed to do that?
